Happy Fall Y'all!
I just LOVE all the colors!
So many pumpkins waiting for a home!
My friend and I went to Erie Shores Apple Orchard in MI.
I just adore fall don't you? I don't always like what comes after that but winter can be beautiful too! Even though I enjoy having all 4 seasons, I still miss TEXAS! Have a great week!
Hi Donna, I love fall too! Like you say, all of the colors are so beautiful. I hope you have a wonderful Halloween!

I have never seen corn in those colours before. Do they taste different from the yellow ones :o)

Hi Pauline, that is called Indian corn and it is grown for decoration. I have seen a similar kind made into popcorn. It is so pretty, the picture did not do it justice. Have a great day!

I wish we had 4 seasons where I live. Our weather seems to be very similar to Texas weather. I would love to see snow in Winter!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great Halloween weekend and bets wishes for a lovely week.
Natasha.
Teatime Tues is on at FHC ~ Welcome!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture with the pumpkins in the field.
ReplyDeleteYou and my husband both! He grew up in Dallas and we both went to Baylor. There sometimes just isn't anything better than a Texas sky!
ReplyDeleteHi Donna,
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing the pumpkin display and the Indian corn. Fall's my favorite season (with spring a close second).
Thanks for stopping by. Yes, the plants you asked about are lamb's ear. They're real -- I think it's a newer variety that doesn't have blooms and spreads fairly slowly. I put the cut ends in water overnight so it would still look fresh for the pictures I took the following morning.
Hope the rest of your week goes well.
