Cold Chicken Pasta Salad
Mix Together~
1 cup Bob Evans Poppy Seed Dressing
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (you can use light)
Prepare these items then mix with dressing~
1 box rotini tricolor noodles (you can use any kind)
2 roasted, baked or boiled chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
1 cup purple seedless grapes, cut in half
1 block of cheese cut into chunks (Colby-Swiss-Longhorn)
These items are optional~
1 cup shredded carrots
Walnuts, pecans or slivered almonds
Water chestnuts
Apples
Mandarin Oranges
The options are endless!
This is a recipe I use often and everyone seems to love it!
It is so easy! You can serve it over lettuce or in a bread bowl.
