I made scones once and I didn't work the batter very hard. I liked how mine turned out, just like these, but I didn't get all the flaky texture these chefs did. Loved the video, though. Have a great Tea Tuesday.
I loved that! It mad me hungry for strawberry jam too :) My husband loves scones - and I always just use a homemade biscuit recipe - it really is just the same too - except for all the measuring :)

Tea time etiquette
When you are finished with your tea and food, it's the general consensus that the napkin should be placed to the RIGHT of the plate on the table. IF you need to leave your seat during the tea it is acceptable to place the napkin on your seat until you return.
