    I made scones once and I didn't work the batter very hard. I liked how mine turned out, just like these, but I didn't get all the flaky texture these chefs did. Loved the video, though. Have a great Tea Tuesday.

  5. Ok I think what happened was I came over from Bernideen's blog and it was her music that I was hearing. So I turned it off, and it was great!! Thanks!

    My husband loves scones - and I always just use a homemade biscuit recipe - it really is just the same too - except for all the measuring :)
