Tuesday Tea in April

Hello!
Its Tuesday!
We are beginning to see some SpRiNg around here!
Still chilly but the brown grass is getting just
a tiny bit greener every day!
This week I was on a cleaning spree.....
We finished the bathroom we've been working on for a year,
so I thought I better get on the ball with the rest of the house;
not to mention we were about to have a house full of company- LOL.
I drank many pots of tea this week and I used a different teacup
each day (bringing out the good stuff!).

Here I'm drinking Earl Grey Cream (delicious!)
in the cast iron pot I received for Christmas
from my hubby.

I received this Foley teacup & saucer from a swap a couple of
years ago; it is so dainty and sweet!
You can barely tell but it is slightly octagon in shape.
Hope you have a wonderful (tea drinking) week!
Please join me this week at-

  1. I love Foley Cups and Saucers. That is hand painted by the way - I had one just like it that I sold at my shop. It is lovely! Sounds like great progress at your house!

  5. What a lovely teacup! Such a precious keepsake of friendship. I have never tried a warmer, but am tempted after seeing yours as yours looks sturdy with that heavy pot. I am a bit of a klutz so I never tired. Earl grey is my favorite tea!
    Thanks for sharing!
